Derrick has been fascinated by the financial markets since we was a kid. He now manages a large team of traders at prop firm T3 Trading.
As Derrick joined me online today he cheerfully admitted to being heavily down for the day. Of course all sums are relative in the trading game, but the energy with which Derrick throws himself into this conversation is of itself evidence of a very resilient mindset. His combination of humility and conviction struck me as a winning formula for navigating the choppiest of waters.
