John Douglas is the man who "Painted Rock and Roll" From Drum Kits from Van Halen to ZZ Top to Aerosmith. He has created iconic paintings and artwork for legendary Rock Stars. He also happens to be a drum Tech and we chat about working with Alex Van Halen (Creating the Fridge in the bass drum) Frank Beard of ZZ Top and Joey Kramer of Aerosmith.
John also played the Grammy's with Aerosmith in early 2020 and was Joey's fill in for much of the Aerosmith Residency in Las Vegas in 2020. From his home in Texas John and I have an EPIC drum conversation.
