So we are laying out this episode in a classic interview style with Lindsey drawing out all the best answers from Chris in the hot seat! We get to hear about the early steps in Chris' journey in his high school and college days that set the tone for a lifelong curiosity about growth and improvement and Chris shares his feelings walking into his first job at a big law firm and the mentorship that allowed him to excel in this position. From there we talk about the changes that Chris made, transitioning from law into real estate and what informed this decision and enabled his pivot. Again, the success that Chris experienced very rapidly in his new field was down to the people he had around him and was able to learn from — another reminder of the power of coaching. Although from certain angles Chris' life at this time seemed almost perfect, there were some cracks under the surface, and the divorce that followed fractured an image of amazing successes and happiness.
