On episode 16 we sit down and talk to a real life hero, Col. Stephen Ruth, about leadership in the Armed Forces. Col. Ruth is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has served in the Army since his graduation. He is a decorated serviceman that has served in Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq. He is married to his wife, Bettina and they have 3 children Stephen Jr., Sterling and Sahara. He currently lives in College Station, TX where he serves as the Director of Task Force SORD.
