Project Management continues to evolve, whilst the Project Management Office (PMO) has not. I have spent so long working across industries and organisations, who say they are evolving, but in fact they are doing many of the same things in different ways. The traditional PMO methods are rigid, inflexible and affecting delivery.We need to evolve the PMO, look beyond the service catalogues, reports, and processes, and see how the PMO evolves to add value into the future.
