Jen Phegely is Owner and Operator of Pilates with Jen located in Larchmont, Ca. Jen is a fellow MS Warrior. Jen has an amazing story, not only as a person fighting MS, but recently she battled a bout with cancer. She is an inspiring person and I hope you enjoy this episode.

Jen Phegley graduated in 2001 from Skadron College, Valedictorian.
Trying to get back into shape, after the birth of her second child, Jen became tired of the traditional gym routines. Looking for something better Jen fortuitously discovered Pilates. She quickly fell in love with the practice and the results! So much so that she decided to forsake her nursing career to pursue the art of Pilates full-time. Her goal: to one day teach the magnificent art of Pilates in a beautiful studio. Jen worked hard, completing her training and apprenticeship at Studio B Pilates of Los Angeles, becoming a certified Pilates instructor in 2006. Having never looked back, Jen has been teaching loyal clients ever since.
She has truly found her calling.
