What I hear from a lot of moms, is that they just want to be a "good mom." We all do! But for some reason this goal is illusive. Rarely do I hear moms say they feel confidence they are amazing moms. Certainly there are some moms who aren't good--but the majority of moms I know of are trying their best. However, they compare themselves to an unrealistic standard of motherhood that is impossible to achieve...so they feeling like they are not enough in some way. In this episode, we talk about one simple thing you can do to increase your confidence as a mom.
In this episode we'll learn:
Why unrealistic definitions of a "good mom" can make it harder to BE a "good mom."
Why defining what a "good mom" is can increase your confidence.
Three characteristics of a helpful, realistic definition of a "good mom."
What is your old, and your new definition of a "good mom?"
