<p>Just as the title suggests, today's episode covers the importance of nurturing our relationships with clients EVEN once the "honeymoon" phase is over. Far too often people get too comfortable or lazy after they've noticed the client has committed to being their client.</p>

<p>This episode also covers the importance of CHARISMA and CHARACTER during sales processes and client relationships. In order to sell something, we must be charismatic in our approach all while demonstrating value - it's not just about the transaction! If you treat your customer poorly, there will be no way that you can grow your business.</p>

<p>Put yourself in the shoes of your clientele and treat them how you would want to be treated. People will always remember good character.</p>
