Hello family, and welcome to day 13 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, thank you for being here with us today, and a very warm welcome to everyone who is joining for the first time.
This season, we continue praying for peace in the world, and for freedom from addictions, for those who are struggling, for those in recovery, and for the families and friends walking beside them in love and hope.
We’re also praying for the intentions you carry in your heart. And if you’d like us to pray for you by name, please visit 54daysofroses.com to submit your intentions.
Before we begin today’s reflection I want to ask you to subscribe to our email list if you have not done so.
Today’s reflection is about the Rosary as a weapon of grace.
The Rosary is more than just a prayer, it’s a weapon of grace. Each bead is like a small arrow of light against the darkness, a reminder that we are never powerless when we stand with Mary.
When we pick up our Rosary, we’re not just repeating words we’re stepping into a battle for peace, for purity, for hope. But it’s not a battle fought with anger or fear, it’s fought with love, with surrender, with trust.
Every Hail Mary is a whisper that says, “I believe God’s grace is stronger than anything I face.” And that’s why the enemy fears the Rosary , because it unites heaven and earth through faith.
So today, remember that the Rosary isn’t just something you pray , it’s something you carry. It’s a shield when you’re anxious, a comfort when you’re weak, and a source of strength when life feels heavy. Our Blessed Mother has given us this weapon not to fight each other, but to conquer sin and despair with love.
Our prayer for today is: Mary, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, teach us to pray with courage and to fight with grace. Help us remember that through your Son, victory is already ours.
If you are keeping up with your journal, take a moment to write this down: How has the Rosary helped me fight through fear, temptation, or despair, and how can I use it more intentionally as my weapon of grace?
Let's get started.
