On episode 80 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Elizabeth Flynn who was most recently a Creative Director at Digital Integrity Group.
Elizabeth is a total force to be reckoned with. She’s a UX/UI designer who specializes in launching businesses from the ground up, a web developer, and even runs her own agency called Inclusive Creative.
She’s able to get along with anyone, learn new software faster than most, has a background in writing, and is also a painter. She loves mentoring younger talent, prefers to be hands-on vs just overseeing projects, and is constantly curious.
In addition to all this, she’s a big activist who donates her time to ‘creatives for black lives’, ‘tech for campaigns’, and a local anti-racist group that she started in her community.
In her first job, Elizabeth was even a seamstress for rock and roll bands and has worked with artists like Lenny Kravitz, Elton John, Madonna, and the Backstreet Boys.
