I picked up the rule of "everyone gets a gift on Christmas" from the first department I worked at. And when I brought it to my current department, I had a few instances where it didn't work out very well.
But after all the gift giving talk, we get into the real topics. Donuts, fritters, the importance of a hand picked dozen, and how Curt and I have attempted to shape the future generations opinoin of pastries.
