My guest today is Curtis Christopherson. He's the Founder of WRKOUT Media, a virtual training company that connects users and consumers around the world in a vetted fitness experience. Like many entrepreneurs, Curtis feels the need to find work/life balance.
As a business owner, he lacks flexibility and freedom. When he comes home, he’s too tired to spend quality time with his family. You may think this is a balancing problem, but it's not!
Curtis is actually experiencing a thinking problem. He has a belief that if he left work, everything would go up in flames. He needs to leverage his resources to cover things at work so that he can come and go as he pleases, feel less guilty and more energized, and have more time to share with his family.
