You know i love a behavior but i really do think as a coach it really is the difference between achieving your goals and not.

I go into what behaviors are. 

I also explain what i mean when i talk about the key lifestyle behaviors. 

Behaviors are really the actions that need to be performed in order to see some progression in your plan. Its about understanding the ones that work for you are sustainable.
