Todays episode is all about how to train for better health and longevity. When we train for health its important to understand the different aspects of intensity and exercise selection. 

This podcast will help you develop a better understanding of how to do that. You also get a little insight into how I program for my clients with the use of a colour system. 

Exercise is about challenging your body so it becomes fitter and stronger. Its more then just calories burned and muscle soreness.
