In this episode we have someone I consider to be exactly what the Fire Service needs for the future.
Beau is a young man from Tennessee, that has decided that, at 20 years old he is willing to sacrifice himself for others.
We get into what moved him to becoming a Firefighter, and what it is that continues to motivate him to do the job.
I believe this young man here is well beyond his years when it comes to mental strength, maturity, and tenacity.
Beau IS the future we need in the Fire Service.
He IS what is going to be the reason the Fire Service will never be just an after thought.
