We had an amazing conversation with Tattoo Artist and competitive shooter Joey Mullen (@inkbyjoeymullen89) about tattoos, business, firearms, growing up on the East Side of Bakersfield and much more. Joey Mullen is 31 years old and was raised in East Bakersfield. He has been raising his family since he was 16 years old, leaving high school and working for his Family tattooing since he was 14 years old. Joey came from a concrete and construction background in order to support his family at a young age until he decided tattooing was his true calling.
