20     A love of sport – a part of regular life.

48     Mr Lant was a big influence for me at West Island School.

20     If you are a regular sports person or a weekend warrior… a case of when you feel niggles don’t ignore, your body needs maintenance.

02     Educate yourself about maintenance

50     Manual therapists – a two point system – on the table and off the table treatment – keeping the body in balance.

10     A holistic approach – I educate my clients why they need to do it.

52   Videos are great but it depends how much information is givenwith the videos. If there is no guidance for the movements people will brush over them.

15   Doing exercise together builds a community and accountability.

35   I had a bad back injury when I was 14 or 15. Mis-diagnosed with a slipped disc – it ended up I just pulled a muscle in my back. I don’t want to be this kind of therapist.

10   If someone goes down on the pitch you run fast.

37   In the morning it’s always get up, turn the music on that sets the mood and then the Coffee. In the evening ten minutes of breathing and movement – some decompression.

20   At the moment I am more into movement and mobility.

04   More than ever Health and Wellness are more important whilst we have Covid.32:33

53   Being less reactive to things that are in front of me – less knee jerk reaction.

00   Imposter syndrome – a complex that so many of us have no matter what field you’re in, no matter how long you’ve done that work, no matter how much you’ve tried to grow as a person.

12   You need to be your own cheerleader sometimes.

05   When I become overwhelmed I just have to do some training, cycling, circuit in the park with friends …..
