Chris attended the Sarasota School for Therapeutic Bodywork in Florida and he started practicing in Hong Kong in 1997. He founded Motion Dynamics to undertake remedial and corrective bodywork, injury prevention and manual movement modalities. The Motion Dynamics system is based on 18 years of hands-on treatment. The system combines Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Myofascial and Neuro-muscular release techniques in one protocol.
