Description

Would you characterize yourself as slow to anger, hot-tempered, or something in-between? What can you do when situations happen to entice you to stay angry?

Please join me!

In Ephesians 4:26, we’re encouraged to halt that emotion when it comes, and …”don’t let anger control you or be fuel for revenge, not for even a day.” (The Passion Translation, TPT)

Does frustration, offense, and injustice trigger anger within you? What can you do?
In “A New Song Rises Up!” there is much information for those of us who are in or have been in an abusive, toxic environment. One of the important steps is to safely leave that habitually toxic environment.

·         If an emergency, dial 911
·         The National Domestic Violence Hotline Number is 1(800)799-7233 (safe)
·         Find resource information at my website: https://CarinJayneCasey.com

Instead of hanging around mean-spirited, quick tempered people, we can choose to find those who are loving, peaceful, kind, gentle, and patient (who demonstrate His Fruit, Gal.5).

What can we do when offenses come? Prayer is powerful! Pray with and for forgiveness and for peace. Psalm 34:14 (from TPT) encourages, “…make ‘peace’ your life motto…Practice being at peace with everyone.”

I encourage you to join me as we explore this topic.
