Because of our Heavenly Father’s unfailing love for us, He was willing to sacrifice His only son for you and for me. Jesus came to earth, fulfilling over 300 prophecies, for the purpose of suffering and dying on the cross. Why? To pay for our sins. But it didn’t end there: He arose, He defeated death! He is the way for us to enjoy eternity with Him, when we repent and accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
