So much of the time we continue to think with our unconscious brain - yes the infamous toddler brain. We believe in its lies and we believe those lies to be our truth. At those moments in our lives when we decide to do something for yourself our toddler brain takes control and feeds us more lies. Little white lies. Nothing grand. It acts discretely and quietly. When we decide to once in our lives put our needs first and make an investment in something that wud proper us forward. It screams: “ cant do that, you dont have the money, even if you had the money you dont have the time. And if money and time are plenty then you definitely dont have the capacity to change so dont even think about it. I dont trust you at all.
