ME: “oh it's a mess- i barely got time to brush it this morning”
You look great in that dress.
ME: “ well you know it's not really me it's all that spandex i am wearing.”
Cool shoes, so stylish.
ME: “ ah you should see my feet. They are way too wide and I just squeezed them into these pairs of heels.”

Ever wonder why you can't just say
THANK YOU, my hair does look fabulous.
THANK YOU I do look amazing in this dress.
THANK YOU I love my feet in these shoes.
