The epistle of Jude is written to Jewish Christians living in Jerusalem. In the opening passages, the Jude explains that he had initially intended to write a general letter of encouragement on the topic of “the salvation we share.” Instead, Jude explains, “I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people”. In this two-part series, Bishop Rader Johnson teaches the importance of earnestly contending for the faith. But unfortunately, we don't have very many people who will fight for the truth through teaching and preaching.
