Cuomo might feel better now that Biden is President but didn't preclude him from threatening to sue the feds and go for a vaccine deal himself! Biden's administration curtly told Cuomo to sit down, as President Biden worked to undo the more troubling aspects of what Trump had left him, along with leaving a 100 day review for last-minute regulations Trump tried to ram through (bye-bye to the travel ban, and hello to the Paris Accords and WHO membership, along with a mask mandate).
