“There is a lot more to medicine than actually practicing medicine. There are a lot of other subjects we don't learn in medical school or in residency.. like advocacy, how to run a business, how to get into leadership roles whether it's academic, private practice or organized medicine, and how to succeed in them.” - Dr. Rose Berkun
Dr. Rose Berkun is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. Her resume is studded with leadership roles and commendations. She is the Past President of the New York State Society of Anesthesiologists. She is actively involved in the AMA and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
