In this chat we look ahead to 2021 and discuss some of the things that might happen to the tumultuous conveyancing market. Rob is sensible enough not to make any predictions! We reflect on the SDLT holiday (and do not agree about it!), the re-emergence of ‘sale ready’ conveyancing packs and the importance of conveyancing firms not dropping their fees if the market dips.
