Duncan reminds us that around 33% (Yes! 33%!) of conveyancing transactions fall through before exchange. It is this frightening statistic which made Duncan think that there must be a better way for sellers and buyers to have certainty and peace of mind and this led him to develop the Gazeal reservation agreement.
