• Reflect on which of your Core Values is being honored or dishonored in hard moments.
• Reframe your narrative by shifting from “this is a disaster” to “this is an opportunity.”
• Practice micro-courage daily—small brave acts build leadership muscle.
• Seek perspective and invite others to speak into your blind spots.
