This morning we are talking about grace. There is nothing we can do without God’s grace.
The word grace in the Bible, refers to the freely given, unmerited favor and love of God. John 1:14 tells us that God left His heavenly throne, became flesh, and came to live with us here on earth. He was full of grace and truth. The Bible says that we receive blessings from the fullness of His grace.
Ephesians 2 (v8-9) NIV
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 4 v29 NIV
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
