It's time to Recharge your core for a better you. What better way to restart the new year than to allow your mind to reenergize. 

We can learn so much about ourself by turning everything around us off and just breath. Taking time time to recharge does not have to cost anything.

Simple ways to recharge:

- Enjoy a spa day. If not at a spa, enjoy a long bubble bath or hot shower.

- Practice breathing while looking up at the clouds. You can enjoy the view at the  park, lake or even in your back yard.

- Take time just for your self.

- Visit quite places like the library with a cup of coffee and a great book.
