We discuss what it feels like to honestly show up with a brave and courageous heart, and how that presence initiates the growth, expansion, and evolution that come with the 3s.

• why the 3 of Cups doesn't speak to social gathering, sisterhoods, fraternities, or festivities
• bravery in honesty- letting the emotions you feel be present, and how a tarot card cannot immediately speak to an emotion coming in (this last piece was something I learned on Lindsay Mack's podcast Tarot for the Wild Soul)
• the alchemy of heart: sacred and mundane mergings give rise to our creative expanse and evolution
• taking ownership and fulfilling the role of the power and noble sovereign
• taking up space as a ritual
