God does not love you because of things you do right.
God loves you, because He is good. That’s just who He is!
You could act like a silly willy and God would not love you any less.
God loves you just the way you are, no matter what you do.
That is called unconditional love. His love does not have conditions. It does not change based on what we do. He loves us because He is God and He is good.
Even if you make bad decisions and go in a direction away from God, He loves you the same. He would welcome you back with a party, just like the dad in the story of the prodigal son.
