This week's case is about the murder of Rodney "Cockeye" Stepp in Martin County, Kentucky. Elwood "Woody" Six and Rodney Stepp were the best of friends, but Rodney was a bit of a wild drunk. He was an alcoholic prone to violent outbursts. One day during the Christmas season the men went into town to do something Christmas shopping. Rodney thought it was a great time to imbibe on some libations during the trip there and back. On the ride home, Woody thought it was a good time to tell him he was concerned about his drinking.
