There will usually come a moment in your thought work journey where you look around and realize you are in a dark place. You feel stuck, helpless, and hopeless. Sometimes, it can feel even worse than when you didn't know about thought work! Because you realize it's your thoughts creating your negative feelings. Today, I want to talk about this dark place, the common themes I hear from students who struggle with this, and how to re-frame your thoughts to pull yourself out. Note! If believe you may be struggling with depression or other mental health disorders, I highly recommend seeking professional help in addition to using thought work.
