This week we are starting a new series to Break Through Burnout.

There are so many external circumstances - the War in Ukraine, inflation, lack of employees in the workforce, child/elder care - that can be a massive weighty load on our brains and lives.

There are many internal circumstances as well.

In this episode I'll outline two simple tools to identify the thoughts + feelings to rewire your brain and start breaking through the fatigue, overwhelm, and stress of burnout.
