Playdough Recipe:
This is my favorite play dough recipe. I have plastic knives, molds, rolling pins, cookie cutters, etc. It entertains the little ones for long periods of time. I often let the youngest ones use play dough while I “do school” with the older kids. It’s not crumbly like store-bought play dough.
1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
few drops of food coloring (optional)
3 Tbsp. oil
Mix and cook in saucepan on medium heat until mixture coagulates into a ball. Cool. Store in airtight container.
