After working for 26 years in social services, Kelly quit her high-pressured job running a very large program in LA County. She moved with her very young children to the jungles of Costa Rica, burned-out and realizing she had been using work to avoid long standing issues, she began to heal.

Kelly started an art connection group with her neighbors that eventually became her coaching business, Soul Exploration Through Art.

Now Kelly works with women all over the world to help them get unstuck, clarify their purpose and unleash their passion!

In this interview:

• Kelly shares how she was living an unhappy life that looked great from the outside. After adopting her children, she decided that she didn’t want to live a half live. She shares her story of how she made changes to create a full life for herself and her children moving into the jungles of Costa Rica.
• She explains the power and benefits of art therapy.
