Description

We are Misfits, Other and Dark Girls. My friend Fawn and I discuss the lost art of making friends through compassionate conversations. Fawn Anderson is a documentary photographer and founder- along with her husband Matt- of Be Friendly World, a social movement for compassion, dialogue, and friendship. Listen in as we recall the first fears-turned-freedom of being “other” and “dark-skinned girls”. We chat about childhood crushes who inspired our ultimate career paths, and ways to uncover deeper connections, for less loneliness.
