Description

After an adventurous life of surf and travel, including a stint in Eastern Europe as part of a rock opera, Mount Maunganui’s Mitch Horton turned the turmoil of 2020 into the catalyst for him to create a musical presence of summery optimism, under the name Bluey Green. His warmth and positive energy that make up the signature indie pop surf rock Bluey Green sound, is a breath of fresh air to a weary world.

This episode we chat with Bluey Green about his new self titled EP, working with producer MERK and the holistic meaning behind the EP, representing all the emotions one can endure within a day. We also delved into the world of the music industry and how it has evolved over the years as an artist releasing their music.
