Sydney rock band Polish Club consisting of David Novak and John-Henry Pajak have released their third studio album ‘Now We’re Cookin’’. Their new album is the result of Sydney’s favourite definitely-still-a-rock-band rock band, pumping out songs like a well-oiled machine with perhaps a tad too much gusto during last year’s lockdown. Filtered down to 10 perfectly crystalised tracks, the new album landed triple j’s Feature Album this week and arrives with the official video for new single 'Baby We're Burning'
