Dear Betsy
In the past three years I have quit my job, broke things off with someone I have been with for over 8 years, and moved across the country. I started to notice that most of my relationships weren’t healthy, and it was time to move on. Now I’m single at 40, surrounded by family I’ve been estranged from, and living in suburban DC. Everything has been a huge adjustment, and both dating and socializing has been hard. I’ve mostly been focusing on grounding and taking back control of my life...but some days are better than others. I would like to begin forming new, healthy relationships with people, who actually do stuff; but I’m not sure how to find these people. Help!!

In this episode of Electric Intimacy, Betsy dives into this topic by coaching Meredith on what it really looks and feels like on the journey to true friendships that resonate
