Desirae is a neuroscientist turned marketer and after a journey upward through many positions in the corporate world of marketing, she realized her love for the startup and small business sectors. She decided to take all the best practices of her previous leaders and learn from their mistakes and soon Clairant Services was born. Desirae believes that in order to be happy in your career you must persevere throughout the obstacles with which we are faced, learn lessons, and don’t look back. Desirae was a finalist for the Woman of the Year award in 2019 and won the Top 35 under 35 award prior to that. Clairant provides marketing services for startups and small businesses mostly targeting B2B companies. She is two years in, winning awards, has over 30 clients and 3 employees. There is no end in sight for the growth of Clairant. The brand is based on her obsession of being a honey bee keeper and understanding the efficiency of their society and innate ability to survive.
