The number one thing that I’ve heard people complain about during the pandemic has been sleep, or lack thereof. Which is why I decided to bring a sleep expert onto the show!

Today we’re chatting with Megan Spasevski who has over 7 years experience teaching holistic stress management techniques along with mindful movement. She’s a Wellness Coach as well as a certified Yoga Instructor.

There are a number of reasons why adults are struggling with their sleep and we’re running through some of the things that might be showing up in your life that you haven’t been paying attention to. How to catch them and what changes you can make so that you’re sleeping through the night better.
