Caterina has worked in the medical cosmetic industry for over 15 years. Her roles have varied from Sales Management to Business Development and Sales Training. She has trained hundreds of people in Aesthetic Sales. She is a veteran in the industry, and has worked on both sides of the business, Consumer and distributor. In her current role she is a Senior Business Partner at Galderma Canada and is going into her 7th year. She has made top sales in Canada as part of "inner circle" for the last 3 years in a row, and she also consults practices and clinics on business development opportunities, part time.
