What do you think it means to have your energy operating above the vibrational line? According to expert Sarah Fast in last week's episode, that is the place of pleasure, happiness and joy. Similar to how sound resonates at various hertz. So do our emotions. They resonate at various energetic frequencies, and learning to navigate those frequencies can be very advantageous. And a very basic understanding can help you just plain feel better. That is what today's episode is all about. As we step above the vibrational line together in a guided visualization. Scientists often call this space the quantum field and it's a place where you connect to what is, was and will ever be through source. It is above the vibrational line. 

So let's begin with the awareness of our heart center, the feeling in our upper chest metaphysically looking into your heart with your inner eye and if it feels natural, rest your hands there as well. Let's begin deep but natural breathing, breathing in joy, happiness, peacefulness breathing out negativity, toxins, debris. Breathing in those higher emotions. Breathing out the lower ones. Natural breathing at your own pace and as you're tuning into your heart space repeat the affirmation, I am one and connected to all that is, I am one and connected to all that is, notice how a bright ray of sunshine or the space behind your eyelids become lighter. As you tell your subconscious that you are one and connected to all that is, your inner light becomes brighter.
