A beautiful semitransparent ray of emerald green bright light often shines into my healing space over various parts of a client's body. This is how I often become aware of the presence of archangel Raphael... the topic of today's episode in the alphabetical archangel mini-series. The reason why I identify Raphael by color is because the energy is so soft, gentle and compassionate. When opening a sacred space, Raphael represents the direction of the East and the sunrise in many ancient traditions.
Raphael’s name means “God heals, or God has healed” based on the Hebrew root word “rapha”, which means doctor or healer. This archangel is a powerful healer of physical bodies, both for humans and animals, and also helps with emotional healing. Archangel Raphael can actually speed up healing and can be called on on behalf of someone else. So, Raphael will go wherever requested. But remember, we have free will, and it can't interfere with a person's free will. So, for example, if a person is comfortable with their condition, or their illness serves a purpose for them, or it is something that they signed up for and their life contract, then Raphael is able to provide gentle compassion, but not full and total healing. But in most cases, Raphael's presence will have a comforting effect, which will aid in natural healing by reducing stress and anxiety that often accompanies disease. As with all of these archangel episodes I will be using a combination of my own experience, common published knowledge, channeling and my own personal truths working with clients.
