Today's episode is about embracing positivity and taking specific steps to bring positive energy into our lives 

To be clear, positive thinking does not mean that you keep your “head in the clouds”, or “wear blinders” or even put on “rose colored glasses”, as some of these old adages profess, but rather that you approach unpleasantness in a productive way with more creative thinking. Considering more about what is the best outcome possible, a possibility thinker, so to speak. Anyone can learn to embrace positivity with time and practice. As with any new habit, it starts with one small area of your life that you tend to think negatively about. Is it work? Is it relationships? Is it money? Is it your neighborhood or is it restrictions that you put on yourself perhaps, like self-criticism?  In this episode we begin with just one of these adjustments and give it a new approach or a new self-talk script with 4 clear steps.  We will also look at 42 other ideas for turning your Positive Thinking Light Bulb up higher to call in the energy of positivity and embrace positivity in your life!
