Change! Change is one thing that we can always count on happening in this life. In today's episode, Kirsten Beske talks about what various stages of change are, why it can be so hard to change and why it takes so much of our energy. She leads us through a framework that provides a roadmap for moving through the new stages in life and making changes more gracefully.  Together we explore the five stages of change, as well as why it takes so much energy to move through them.  I love her clear analogies and I am sure that you will too!
