On this episode Janine talks to Thaddeus about her experience competing in the World America pageant in Florida this past August. She explains the busy and demanding schedule the girls go through for the pageant, how it feels to represent Hawai’i, and her experience traveling to Florida alone. Janine also talks about her platform she had for the pageant, how it felt to win, and what her kids view of “mom as winner” was like. Lastly the two talk about being single parents, how important it is for single parents to also make time to take care of themself, and how Janine will use her title to help create more awareness for her platform.
