Description

Resilience, grit, stick-to-itiveness...whatever you call it, it's about not giving up and learning from life's challenges. As kids have more and more outside influences that help them find the easy way to do things, it's important to help them learn to be resilient and learn to do hard things. Rey Medellin is a resiliency expert. He is the owner of Island Resilience Center. He helps his clients learn emotional intelligence and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. He serves as a Master Resiliency Trainer in the US Army Reserves. Hope you'll join us as Rey gives us some tips to teach our kids how to overcome their trials without giving up.
